Funders
There are three types of funding partnerships:
Sponsors
A sponsor is a public or private organisation that gives financial support to the realisation of one of the projects of the UNESCO Chair. The contribution can be limited to one specific project and limited in time. They will be mentioned among the sponsors of the UNESCO Chair for this project.
The sponsorship can either be confirmed by a Letter of Intent from the sponsor or by a Partnership Agreement. For more information please contact the UNESCO Chair secretariat.
Partners
A partner is a public or private organisation that supports one or more of the five main activities of the Chair by giving financial support to the UNESCO Chair. They will be mentioned as one of the partners of the Chair on its website.
The partnership will be confirmed by a signed agreement. For more information please contact the UNESCO Chair secretariat.
Core partners
A core partner is a public or private organization deeply committed to the Chair. A core partner gives political, scientific and / or in kind and financial support to the management of the Chair or to one of the main five activities and is committed to the Chair activities on a long term basis. The core partner will be mentioned as one of the core partners on the Chair website and contribute to the Chair governance.
Visibility and commitment of the core partner will be described in a specific agreement. For more information please contact the UNESCO Chair secretariat.
Among the core partners of the Chair there are two of the founding organisations: MGEN and Groupe Vyv.
