Chef for Planeterranean Diet

This section is aimed at collecting the letters of interest by chef or owner of restaurants, hotels (and similar) that want to committ themselves in preparing and cooking locally available foods showing and preserving healthy nutritional profiles, according to the principles of Mediterranean Diet that will be transferred to non mediterranean countries thanks to Planeterranean project. Participants are expexted to receive a Planeterranean “Mark” by our UNESCO Chair and gain visibility by the project. All interested chef and entrepraneurs can contact p.piscitelli@unescochairnapoli.it
